If you’re a fashion enthusiast like I am, you’re probably always looking to keep up with the latest trends while looking great. If you don’t have a faux fur coat yet, I’d definitely recommend that you get one.

There are a handful of reasons that faux fur coats get my endorsement, and I’m going to share four of them within this article. Alright, here goes!

1. It’s the green thing to do these days. Most people are concerned about the well being of animals, and I’m no exception.

I can remember back in the 1980s when many people wore real fur, and many felt guilty about the fact that animals were being killed for the sake of a jacket. This is no longer the case with the faux fur coat. You can truly look great and feel great.

2. They’re extremely stylish these days. There are so many different makes of fake fur and so many designers who have jumped in on the craze. My favorite is Juicy Couture, as they have a number of different faux fur jackets and coats and most of them really look sharp.

3. They’ll keep you warm. People used to go with real fur for many reasons, but the biggest reason was the fact that it was one of the most effective fabrics as far as staying warm goes. This is the reason that animals are always able to survive in cold conditions – their natural fur coats keep them warm.

4. Faux fur coats are more affordable than they’ve ever been. Like any product in the fashion world, the price of an item will depend on who made it and some other factors, but you’d be shocked to see the low prices you can get your hands on in the world of fake fur coats. There are usually markdowns too and I’d suggest jumping on the ones you can find.
